These Terms apply to bhamhomesforrent.com and to calls and text messages with Parc Monceau Investments LLC ("we," "us") about our rental homes.
Listings
Rental listings, prices and availability may change at any time and are not an offer or a guarantee that a home is available. A lease is formed only by a written lease agreement signed by both parties.
Self-guided tours
Self-guided tours must be booked through the listing link and are permitted only at the scheduled time. Please follow the tour instructions and leave the home as you found it.
Text messaging program
Program: Bham Homes for Rent rental inquiries. When you text 205-209-4621 about one of our homes, we reply with information about that home, tour instructions and application steps.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call 205-209-4621. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Scam warning
Never pay anything before you have toured the home. We only accept applications through our TurboTenant listing and will never ask you to send money by wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or a payment app to someone you have not met.
Fair housing
We do business in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable fair housing laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
